Fractional NFT

Introducing CheemsX Fractional NFT on AVAX. With our innovative NFT contract, a user can:

Upgrade your NFT to a higher tier with in built functionalities inside our innovative smart contract.

Downgrade your NFT to a lower tier. The difference in minting cost will be given back to user wallet as fractional atomic NFT credit. With those fractional NFT credit, you can create additional NFT of your choice or your can swap it to ERC20 and trade directly in secondary market.

URI Upgrade: Even all of NFT pictures are custom made and beautifully designed but professional NFT artist, if a user want to change the URI or picture to personalize, he can do so. Our contract has in built function to upgrade your NFT URI.

Fractionalization: Our NFT contract has in built fractionalization option so any NFT can be fractionalized so you can sell them. Or if a user do not have enough fund to buy the whole NFT, he can start accumulating NFT fractions at a discounted price and when user has enough NFT fractions, he can mint his own using those NFT fractions. You do not have to use any "untrusted" 3rd party to use our fractionalization feature.

Aggregation: It is the opposite of Fractionalization. User can Aggregate his NFT fractions and can mint a brand new NFT of his choice when he has collected enough of those fractions.

Borrow against your NFT while still retaining ownership: You do not have to go the some "untrusted" 3rd party to borrow money using your precious NFT. Our contract has a in built borrow functions where you can deposit the the NFT in a trustless way and borrow upto 60% of the NFT value, all in house without any liquidation and rug risk. Even contract owner cannot take away your deposited NFT.

Redeem NFT by paying off borrowed: Once you repay the borrowed amount, then you can reclaim your NFT with a nominal fee.

ERC20 Swap directly with the NFT fractions: Our contract has a in built function to swap directly the NFT fractions with a ERC20 token so that you can swap it and take the ERC20 token and trade (buys and sells) as a regular ERC token without any restriction or limitation.

Bottom Line: We keep all the good aspects of classics NFT, yet we liberated user to do virtually anything that a user can use with a regular token. Our NFT is fractionalized, semi-fungible, yet at the same time it is fully fungible like ERC20 at functional level.
